A little about me

I came to delivery through systems, code, and product.

My background starts in insurance technology and spans product, project delivery, and software engineering. I have more than a decade across property and casualty underwriting platforms, reporting modernization, data, and regulation, followed by enterprise retail delivery. I enjoy helping teams make sense of complicated work and find a practical next step.

    Moved a 1,500-table mainframe COBOL reporting system onto Cognos, and built the 100+ reports behind a SAS migration that retired more than $1M in annual licensing.

Vital Few Prep keeps me close to the whole product cycle.

I began building Vital Few Prep after taking the PMP exam myself. Working across its web and iOS experiences means making product and architectural decisions, then living with them through subscriptions, learner support, and day-to-day operation. It keeps my work with teams grounded in what it takes to ship, improve, and run dependable software.
